Introduction

This Terms and Conditions document (“Agreement”) establishes the legally binding terms governing the use of One Stop Service’s multidisciplinary platform by customers (“Customer” or “You”). One Stop Service (“Service Provider”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”) operates a unified digital and physical platform offering a comprehensive suite of services, including but not limited to household maintenance, solar solutions, interior design, transport and logistics, dairy supply, vehicle repair, event management, air conditioning, and general home services. This Agreement is designed to ensure clarity, transparency, and legal compliance in all interactions between One Stop Service and its Customers, in accordance with the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and other applicable laws and regulations.

By accessing, using, or engaging any service through the One Stop Service platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the services provided by One Stop Service.

1. Parties and Background

1.1 Parties

  • Service Provider: One Stop Service, a company incorporated and operating under the laws of India, with its registered office at Floor No.: 10TH FLOOR, Building No./Flat No.: B1009, Name Of Premises/Building: Block B SILVER OKAS,Road/Street: Namdev Rao Dhagepatil Road, Nearby Landmark: Shree Firangai Devi Mandir, Locality/Sub Locality: Moshi ,City/Town/Village: Pimpri Chinchwad, District: Pune, State: Maharashtra, PIN Code: 412105, and all its subsidiaries, affiliates, and authorised representatives.

  • Customer: Any individual, company, partnership, association, or other legal entity that avails or seeks to avail services from One Stop Service.

1.2 Background

One Stop Service provides a multidisciplinary platform integrating a wide range of services, including but not limited to household repairs, solar installations, interior design, transportation and logistics, dairy supply, vehicle repair and maintenance, event management, air conditioning services, and other home-related solutions. The platform connects Customers with qualified professionals, technicians, and third-party service providers to deliver these services efficiently and reliably.

2. Definitions and Interpretation

2.1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned below:

  • “Agreement” means these Terms and Conditions, including all schedules, appendices, and amendments.

  • “Customer” means any person or entity availing services from One Stop Service.

  • “Platform” means the digital and/or physical infrastructure operated by One Stop Service for the provision of services.

  • “Service(s)” means any and all services offered by One Stop Service, including household, solar, interior design, transport, dairy, vehicle repair, event management, air conditioning, and other services.

  • “Service Provider” means One Stop Service and, where applicable, its authorised subcontractors or third-party service providers.

  • “Subcontractor” means any third party engaged by One Stop Service to perform part or all of the services.

  • “Storage Facility” means any premises or facility provided by One Stop Service for the storage of Customer’s goods.

  • “Material Restrictions” means the list of prohibited, hazardous, or restricted items as specified in this Agreement.

  • “Force Majeure” means any event beyond the reasonable control of the parties, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, pandemics, or government actions.

  • “GST” means Goods and Services Tax as applicable under Indian law.

2.2 Interpretation

  • Words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa.

  • Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.

  • References to statutes or regulations include amendments and replacements thereof.

  • Any reference to “including” or “such as” shall be construed as illustrative and not limiting.

3. Scope of Services

3.1 Multidisciplinary Platform Coverage

One Stop Service offers a unified platform for the following service categories:

  • Household Services: Plumbing, electrical, carpentry, cleaning, pest control, appliance repair, and general maintenance.

  • Solar Solutions: Consultation, installation, maintenance, and repair of solar energy systems.

  • Interior Design: Space planning, design consultation, execution, and project management.

  • Transport and Logistics: Household and commercial moving, goods transport, storage, and warehousing.

  • Dairy Supply: Delivery of milk and dairy products, subscription management, and quality assurance.

  • Vehicle Repair and Maintenance: On-site and workshop-based repair, servicing, and emergency breakdown assistance for two-wheelers and four-wheelers.

  • Event Management: Planning, coordination, execution, and support for private, corporate, and public events.

  • Air Conditioning Services: Installation, maintenance, repair, and cleaning of air conditioning units.

  • Other Services: Any additional services as may be introduced or offered from time to time.

3.2 Service Delivery

Services may be delivered directly by One Stop Service or through authorised subcontractors and third-party service providers. The specific terms for each service category may be detailed in the relevant schedules or service descriptions.

4. Customer Responsibilities and Obligations

4.1 General Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information as required for service delivery.

  • Ensure access to premises, facilities, or goods as necessary for the performance of services.

  • Cooperate with One Stop Service and its representatives, including providing timely responses to queries and instructions.

  • Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety requirements.

  • Refrain from engaging in any activity that may hinder, delay, or compromise the provision of services.

4.2 Specific Obligations

  • For Storage Services: Accurately declare the nature, quantity, and value of goods to be stored; ensure proper packaging and labelling; refrain from storing prohibited or hazardous materials.

  • For Event Management: Obtain all necessary permissions, licences, and approvals from relevant authorities, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • For Vehicle Repair: Disclose any known defects, modifications, or prior repairs; remove all personal belongings from vehicles prior to service.

  • For Dairy Supply: Ensure timely availability for delivery and proper storage facilities at the delivery location.

4.3 Customer Conduct

  • Treat all One Stop Service personnel, subcontractors, and third-party providers with respect and courtesy.

  • Not engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity in connection with the services.

  • Not misuse, damage, or tamper with any equipment, tools, or property provided by One Stop Service.

5. Storage Terms and Material Restrictions

5.1 Storage Terms

  • Storage services are provided subject to availability and at the sole discretion of One Stop Service.

  • The Customer shall be responsible for all costs associated with storage, including handling, insurance, and applicable taxes.

  • Access to storage facilities shall be governed by the procedures set out in the relevant schedule or as communicated by One Stop Service.

  • Goods may only be retrieved or released upon proper identification and authorisation, subject to settlement of all outstanding dues.

5.2 Material Restrictions

The following items are strictly prohibited from being stored, transported, or handled by One Stop Service:

  • Hazardous chemicals, explosives, flammable substances, radioactive materials, and toxic waste.

  • Firearms, ammunition, and weapons of any kind.

  • Perishable goods (unless specifically agreed in writing).

  • Currency, negotiable instruments, precious metals, jewellery, and high-value collectibles.

  • Illegal drugs, narcotics, and controlled substances.

  • Live animals, plants, or biological specimens.

  • Human remains or body parts.

  • Any item whose possession, storage, or transport is prohibited by law.

One Stop Service reserves the right to inspect, refuse, or remove any item deemed unsafe, illegal, or in violation of these restrictions.

6. Payment Terms, Fees, Taxes, and GST

6.1 Fees and Charges

  • All services are subject to the fees and charges as specified in the applicable schedule, quotation, or invoice.

  • Fees may include service charges, material costs, transportation, storage, insurance, and any other applicable charges.

  • One Stop Service reserves the right to revise fees at any time, with reasonable notice to the Customer.

6.2 Payment Terms

  • Payment shall be made in Indian Rupees (INR) via approved payment methods (e.g., UPI, NEFT, credit/debit card, online gateway, cheque, or cash, as applicable).

  • Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due in advance or upon completion of the service, as specified in the invoice or service order.

  • Invoices must clearly state the payment due date, applicable taxes, and payment instructions.

  • Late payments may attract interest at the rate specified in the invoice or as per applicable law.

6.3 Taxes and GST

  • All fees are exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other applicable taxes, unless expressly stated otherwise.

  • GST and other taxes shall be charged at the prevailing rates as per Indian law.

  • The Customer shall be responsible for providing valid GSTIN and other tax-related information as required.

6.4 Service Accounting Codes (SAC)

  • Invoices shall include the appropriate Service Accounting Code (SAC) as per GST regulations for the relevant service category.

7. Refunds, Cancellations, and Rescheduling Policies

7.1 Refund Policy

  • Refunds may be granted in accordance with the specific service category and subject to the terms outlined in the relevant schedule.

  • Refunds are generally processed in cases of service non-delivery, cancellation within the stipulated period, or proven deficiency in service.

  • No refunds shall be provided for services already rendered, partially completed, or for non-compliance with cancellation procedures.

  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period.

7.2 Cancellations

  • Customers may cancel or reschedule services by providing written notice within the timeframes specified for each service category.

  • Cancellation charges may apply, as detailed in the applicable schedule or quotation.

  • One Stop Service reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, force majeure, or non-compliance by the Customer.

7.3 Rescheduling

  • Requests for rescheduling must be made in advance and are subject to availability and approval by One Stop Service.

  • Additional charges may apply for rescheduling, especially for event management, transport, or specialised services.

7.4 Exceptions

  • Certain services (e.g., event management, custom interior design, or large-scale transport) may have specific refund and cancellation terms, which shall prevail in case of conflict.

8. Liability, Indemnity, and Limitation of Liability

8.1 Limitation of Liability

  • One Stop Service’s liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the provision of services shall be limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

  • Under no circumstances shall One Stop Service be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages, including loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data.

  • Liability for loss or damage to goods in storage or transit is limited to the declared value or as specified in the relevant schedule, subject to proof of value and compliance with material restrictions.

8.2 Indemnity

  • The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless One Stop Service, its officers, employees, agents, and subcontractors from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, expenses, or costs arising from:

  • Breach of this Agreement by the Customer;

  • Violation of applicable laws or regulations;

  • Negligence, wilful misconduct, or fraud by the Customer or its representatives;

  • Storage, transport, or handling of prohibited or hazardous materials.

8.3 Exclusions

  • Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Insurance, Risk Allocation, and Damage to Property

9.1 Insurance

  • One Stop Service may, at its discretion, arrange insurance coverage for goods in storage or transit, subject to payment of applicable premiums by the Customer.

  • The Customer is encouraged to obtain additional insurance for high-value or sensitive items.

  • Insurance claims shall be processed in accordance with the terms of the relevant insurance policy and subject to timely notification of loss or damage.

9.2 Risk Allocation

  • Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to One Stop Service upon acceptance for storage or transport and reverts to the Customer upon delivery or release.

  • One Stop Service shall not be responsible for loss or damage arising from force majeure, inherent defects, improper packaging, or non-compliance with material restrictions.

9.3 Damage to Property

  • The Customer shall be responsible for any damage caused to One Stop Service’s property, equipment, or facilities due to negligence, misuse, or violation of this Agreement.

10. Subcontracting and Third-Party Service Providers

10.1 Subcontracting

  • One Stop Service reserves the right to engage subcontractors or third-party service providers for the performance of any part of the services.

  • The Customer acknowledges and agrees that subcontractors may be engaged for specialised tasks, logistics, or support functions.

10.2 Third-Party Providers

  • Services provided by third-party providers shall be subject to their respective terms and conditions, to the extent not inconsistent with this Agreement.

  • One Stop Service shall remain responsible for the overall coordination and quality of services, but shall not be liable for acts or omissions of third-party providers beyond its reasonable control.

10.3 Customer Interaction

  • The Customer shall not directly engage or contract with any subcontractor or third-party provider introduced by One Stop Service for the same or similar services, except through One Stop Service or with its prior written consent.

11. Confidentiality, Data Protection, and Privacy

11.1 Confidentiality

  • Both parties shall maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information exchanged in connection with the services.

  • Confidential information shall not be disclosed to any third party except as required by law or with the prior written consent of the disclosing party.

11.2 Data Protection

  • One Stop Service shall collect, process, and store personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and associated rules.

  • The Customer consents to the collection and use of personal data for the purposes of service delivery, billing, compliance, and communication.

11.3 Privacy

  • One Stop Service implements reasonable technical and organisational measures to safeguard personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

  • The Customer may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data in accordance with applicable law.

12. Intellectual Property and Use of Content/Images

12.1 Ownership

  • All intellectual property rights in the platform, software, content, trademarks, and materials provided by One Stop Service remain the exclusive property of One Stop Service or its licensors.

  • Any content, images, or materials created or provided by One Stop Service in the course of service delivery may be used for marketing, portfolio, or promotional purposes, subject to anonymisation and compliance with privacy laws.

12.2 Customer Content

  • The Customer grants One Stop Service a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, and display any content, images, or materials provided by the Customer solely for the purpose of service delivery.

12.3 Restrictions

  • The Customer shall not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform or materials provided by One Stop Service without prior written consent.

13. Service Levels, Warranties, and Performance Standards

13.1 Service Levels

  • One Stop Service shall use reasonable efforts to deliver services in accordance with the timelines, quality standards, and specifications agreed with the Customer.

  • Specific service levels and key performance indicators (KPIs) may be detailed in the relevant schedule or service description.

13.2 Warranties

  • One Stop Service warrants that services will be performed with reasonable skill, care, and diligence by qualified personnel.

  • Except as expressly stated, all warranties, conditions, or representations, whether express or implied, are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13.3 Remedies

  • In the event of proven deficiency in service, the Customer’s sole remedy shall be re-performance of the service or a refund of the applicable fees, at the discretion of One Stop Service.

14. Force Majeure and Emergency Events

14.1 Force Majeure

  • Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under this Agreement due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, pandemics, government actions, or any event beyond the reasonable control of the affected party.

14.2 Notification

  • The affected party shall promptly notify the other party of the occurrence and expected duration of the force majeure event.

14.3 Consequences

  • Performance of the affected obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.

  • If the force majeure event continues for more than thirty (30) days, either party may terminate the affected services by written notice.

15. Termination, Suspension, and Consequences

15.1 Termination by Customer

  • The Customer may terminate this Agreement or any specific service by providing written notice in accordance with the notice period specified in the relevant schedule or service description.

  • Termination shall not relieve the Customer of the obligation to pay for services rendered up to the effective date of termination.

15.2 Termination by One Stop Service

  • One Stop Service may terminate or suspend services immediately upon written notice if:

  • The Customer breaches any material term of this Agreement and fails to cure such breach within the specified period;

  • The Customer becomes insolvent, bankrupt, or subject to winding-up proceedings;

  • Continued provision of services is unlawful or prohibited by applicable law.

15.3 Consequences of Termination

  • Upon termination, all outstanding fees and charges become immediately due and payable.

  • The Customer shall return or destroy any property, equipment, or confidential information belonging to One Stop Service.

  • Provisions relating to confidentiality, indemnity, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution shall survive termination.

16. Dispute Resolution, Governing Law, and Jurisdiction

16.1 Dispute Resolution

  • The parties shall attempt to resolve any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement through good faith negotiations.

  • If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to mediation or arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended.

16.2 Governing Law

  • This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

16.3 Jurisdiction

  • Subject to the dispute resolution clause, the courts of [Insert City/State], India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, provided that the designated court has inherent jurisdiction as per the Indian Contract Act, 1872 and recent Supreme Court guidance.

17. Customer Declarations and Acknowledgements

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Customer declares and acknowledges that:

  • All information provided to One Stop Service is true, accurate, and complete.

  • The Customer has the legal capacity and authority to enter into this Agreement.

  • The Customer has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by all terms and conditions herein.

  • The Customer is responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety requirements.

  • The Customer consents to the collection, processing, and use of personal data as described in this Agreement.

18. Storage Inventory, Access, and Release Procedures

18.1 Inventory Management

  • The Customer shall provide a detailed inventory of all goods to be stored, including descriptions, quantities, and declared values.

  • One Stop Service may conduct periodic audits or inspections of stored goods, with reasonable notice to the Customer.

18.2 Access Procedures

  • Access to storage facilities is restricted to authorised personnel and the Customer or its designated representatives, subject to prior appointment and identification.

  • One Stop Service reserves the right to deny access in case of non-payment, security concerns, or violation of material restrictions.

18.3 Release Procedures

  • Goods may only be released upon submission of a valid release request, settlement of all outstanding dues, and verification of identity.

  • One Stop Service may require additional documentation or authorisation for high-value or sensitive items.

19. Material Prohibitions — Hazardous and Restricted Items List

The following table summarises the categories of hazardous and restricted items prohibited from storage, transport, or handling by One Stop Service:

Detailed lists and threshold quantities are available in the relevant schedules and as per the Manufacture, Storage and Import of Hazardous Chemical Rules, 1989 and other applicable regulations.

One Stop Service reserves the right to update or expand this list at any time, with or without notice.

20. Safety, Health, and Compliance with Laws

20.1 Safety and Health

  • One Stop Service shall implement reasonable safety and health measures in accordance with applicable laws, industry standards, and best practices.

  • The Customer shall comply with all safety instructions, signage, and protocols communicated by One Stop Service or its representatives.

20.2 Legal Compliance

  • Both parties shall comply with all applicable central, state, and local laws, regulations, and guidelines, including but not limited to:

  • The Indian Contract Act, 1872

  • The Consumer Protection Act, 2019

  • The Information Technology Act, 2000

  • The Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023

  • The Factories Act, 1948 (where applicable)

  • Environmental, health, and safety regulations

20.3 Regulatory Inspections

  • One Stop Service may be subject to inspections, audits, or inquiries by regulatory authorities. The Customer shall cooperate fully and provide all necessary information or access as required.

21. Amendments, Notices, and Assignment

21.1 Amendments

  • This Agreement may be amended, modified, or supplemented only by a written instrument signed by authorised representatives of both parties.

  • Any amendment shall specify the effective date and the specific provisions being modified.

21.2 Notices

  • All notices, requests, or communications under this Agreement shall be in writing and delivered to the registered address or email address of the respective party.

  • Notices shall be deemed received upon delivery, acknowledgement of receipt, or as otherwise specified in the relevant schedule.

21.3 Assignment

  • The Customer shall not assign, transfer, or delegate any rights or obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of One Stop Service.

  • One Stop Service may assign or transfer its rights and obligations to any affiliate, successor, or acquirer, subject to notice to the Customer.

22. Severability, Entire Agreement, and Waiver

22.1 Severability

  • If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

22.2 Entire Agreement

  • This Agreement, including all schedules, appendices, and amendments, constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.

22.3 Waiver

  • No waiver of any term or condition of this Agreement shall be effective unless in writing and signed by the party against whom the waiver is sought to be enforced.

  • Failure or delay in exercising any right or remedy shall not constitute a waiver thereof.

23. Schedules and Appendices

The following schedules and appendices form an integral part of this Agreement and shall be read in conjunction with the main terms:

  • Schedule 2: Pricing Schedule and Payment Terms

  • Schedule 3: Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Performance Metrics

  • Schedule 4: Data Processing and Privacy Terms

  • Schedule 7: Insurance Requirements and Claims Procedures

  • Schedule 8: Dispute Resolution Procedures and Arbitration Rules

Each schedule may be updated or supplemented from time to time, with notice to the Customer.

25. Acceptance and Execution

By accessing, using, or engaging any service through the One Stop Service platform, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including all schedules and appendices. If the Customer is acting on behalf of an organisation, the Customer represents and warrants that they have the authority to bind such organisation to this Agreement.

This Terms and Conditions document is effective as of 01 February 2026 and remains in force until amended or superseded by a subsequent version.
